Cavers Retreat is a cherished, family-run holiday park born from the lifelong passion of late grandparents.  Driven by their love of nature and being outdoors, today their legacy still stands.  In 1974, the late Bill and Frances Campbell, secured the 86-acre Cavers Hillhead Estate out of deep love for the Scottish Countryside.  Today, their hard-working spirit lives on through their children and grandchildren.   

At Cavers Retreat, nestled in the heart of the Scottish Borders, we offer a place to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with nature in a setting defined by peace and understated luxury.  The park is thoughtfully overseen by Kate and Phil, who continue a long-standing family vision built on care, quality, and attention to detail. 

With the presence of Kate, Phillip and Mark, a seamless and dedicated approach ensures the retreat is always maintained to the highest standard.   Surrounded by unspoilt countryside, Cavers Retreat is designed to provide a refined yet welcoming escape, where comfort, tranquillity, and natural beauty come together effortlessly.
